IMS employees regularly visit with providers to listen to their concerns and to work with them to establish criteria and educational tools for use within our network. Because of this, our network surmounts the headaches that payors, providers and patients alike have encountered with other organizations of this kind.

We follow a philosophy of listening, providing dedicated support, and ensuring growth through mutual benefit and satisfaction of our key stakeholders’ needs. We provide online support tools to allow providers to:

• Get a quick response to claim status inquiries
• Update their information
• Apply for membership in our network or nominate a fellow provider
